Catchup recording Formuler Z8 ?

Is recording possible from catchup on the Z8 ?
If so how ?

In catchup try pressing record button twice which gives a sub menu. Make the start time a few minutes ahead then come out of the menu. The Z8 has overlap problems though they have probably been fixed now since I sold mine. Buzzbox can record catchup no problem.

I sold my Z8 before the latest MTOL2 update so that has probably fixed it. There are so many hidden menus on the Z8
Mine wouldn't record anything unless formatted with Rufus 🤢

Yeah I know what you mean the Z8 seems to have no guides or documentation at all.
I can record live tv no problems but can't seem to work out how to do catchup.

I think your provider record most of the live tv shows and when the show has ended,give you access to this file in the catchup list. It seems difficult to give access during the recording when the file is not complete, if i understand in the right way.

So the catchup is a recording and not a live stream which will be in a different format. That is why I can only record it from when I press record on the Buzzbox and not the whole thing if that makes sense. 🤔 😍
