channel moved on zgemma h.2s

Yep a quick edit of the custom text file for the relevant bbc channels in Abm e2 and everything is where it should be, to anyone still having numbering problems try using these settings, it's the one's I've always used and never have a problem

Is this going to get resolved centrally for an overnight update at some point? Ive got 2 BBC2 HD channels.
I've been at this all night and now, i've lost my effing Setanta channels while updating the EPG.

i finally managed to change bbc 1hd back to 101 and put bbc2 hd back at 102 here is how i did it.

These instructions are for AutoBouquets E2 for 28.2E the one that comes in wooshbuild not ABM

This is where to find AutoBouquets E2 - custom swap file (For if a channel changes number ie bbc1 on 101 changes to bbc2)

1- Using FileZilla Client connect to your box and go here
usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/extensions/AutoBouquets

2- in AutoBouquets you will find your custom swap file
use notepad ++ to edit the file (change channel number) and save it back to your settings.

3- Then do a NIT scan and the channel should be in the right places

Look here for the channel list http://www.techkings.org/zgemma-sta...ansfer-plugin-basebuild-openatv-5-1-a-25.html

thanks dsayers2014 and siilver for your help

hi

im using autobouquets e2 and didn't want to swap my sd channels for the hd equivalents hence I have channel swap set no in the settings....I would just like 101 to be bbc1 sd and 102 to be bbc2 sd etc. basically all numbered exactly like sly numbering would by following the above resolve this for me or will it just swap the sd 101 for the hd equivalents?

i did manage to FTP into the autobouquets but haven't changed anything yet until I'm sure I can get the numbering back to normal.

thanks

(sorry for the sideways pic!)

shiv think i know what you mean, find the bbc1 sd and bbc2 sd channels in your tv guide on your box, take a note of what number there on then change the number in the custom swap file to the number you want them to be on, i had bbc2 on 101 and wanted bbc1 on 101 thats why i needed to do this.

Thank you to the both you for replying.

dsayers you think mine shouldn't be affected because I have a channel swap off? If that's the case could you suggest anything further I can do to resolve this please?

I've attached pics of my current custom swap file...is there any changes I need to ale to it ?

thanks

like i said this has nothing to do with channel swap looking at your screen your channels are correct starting at bbc1 to bbc1hd but bbc1sd starting at 102 on that screen press menu, settings and change show channel numbers to no see what you get then because the e2 numbers are correct

Did the above, still when I press 101 on remote I get bbc 1 NI HD, 102 brings up bbc 1 London, 103 gives me bbc2 London, etc.

it seems all the correct numbering is off by 1 number ahead if u get what mean

thanks
