There sure is Jodav, and they sure are growing at a rate of knots, they are very frisky at the moment, plenty of movement from them, they seem to be getting quite muscular 👍

They're getting so big now that Mum can no longer sit on them lol

I was watching them trying to get under mum a couple days ago and you could almost see mum thinking "sorry guys, that ain't going to work anymore" lol

Surely it can't be far off now where the parent puts a fish down and the chicks just pile in to it themselves.

They certainly look very strong, they seem to be getting left alone more and more often. the next two weeks or so will be very interesting, the first solo flights are not too far away. 👍

I look forward to them solo flights, them chicks seem part of my daily routine now. I've never seen anything grow so big day to day before :)

It is also amazing how laid back they are at times, the mother?? just brought back a bird and she is plucking it, the whole place is covered (as are the chicks) in feathers.

Has anyone noticed how the parent bird gives a chick a piece of food but then takes it away if it isn't wolfed down, the mother? has just done it about four or five times to different chicks. maybe my mammy should have done the same and I wouldn't need to lose a stone or so LOL
