Wanting to factory reset my zgemma h2h box and start over again
,is the best way to do this just going into menu and factory reset

You don’t need to factory reset just flash with the latest images of your choice

Should never factory reset as could brick the box as Graham19811981 has mentioned just reflash but make sure you have your line details handy as you will need them to put back on box
