these channels are not free on cable so your line needs to be live, are you getting other premium channels?

Not as good on this but have you tried Menu setup autobouquetsmaker then press update provider files then start scan

When doing a manual scan change from Predefined transponder to complete and then scan your channels

go to Virgin TV Highlights chanel and check frequency and QAM by pressing ok twice, like this, let us know what they are as Farnborough 0003 has changed today, i've tagged @Abu Baniaz in this post as it's changed from 64QAM and 6887 to 256QAM and 6952, confirmed now working also wondered if @dsayers2014 could make a pull request in relation to Farnborough 00003 as i dont know how

Those are correct so it doesn't look like it's changed, probably a signal issue, you need to check your connections etc, especially splitters, cheapo ones don't work for VM

Best to use the Nit analyser now instead of messing around with manual scan. It will create a provider for people. Must disable Virgin and use Virgin Adhoc.

Every now and again i used to scan every few months to see what new listings are there,running down the a - z list any multiple channels there like bbc1 etc?
