Hi good morning

i am able to access the web interface screen then on the left side extra menu I clicked terminal
to get to the virtual terminal but I get a http 501/http 505 error stating
the website is unable to display webpage
any advice please
thank you

is there not a way of downloading grogbuild to a USB stick and then installing it from there like you would with open atv

yes i went through initialising the USB it completed without any errors. why does grog need a USB stick the box has it own HDD
oh it doesn't if the internal hdd is mounted on /media/hdd it will use that.

What is on your box at the moment?
download putty and use that instead, probably not worth spending the time trying to fix what you are about to replace

its a zgemma and internal hdd is in media/hdd. if i use the putty method will it guide me through entering my IPTV provider URL, EPG etc

Yes it gives various options for adding iptv. I think iptv bouquet maker is the universal option for freerange command.

tried the putty method still getting same error on my tv screen. i have open atv 6.2 do i need to update to 6.4 then use grog?.

i have the grogbuild on it but when I press menu , then info panel i am expecting to see the softcam panel
but when I press info panel i get software manager, key map, plugins and infos
so I thought I would start again with a fresh grog install

There is no softcam panel any more, it's now called softcam setup
press red button>softcam setup

When did you flash with grogbuild? if it was a couple of days ago then the plugin feed server was down and the cams couldn't be installed.

From a blank screen
press green twice
click softcams
install mgcamd and oscam
then you will have softcam setup
Thank you for the reply
but I followed your guide but it goes to download plugins
