Just thinking of your friend when I came across two articles relating to TVL's Goons and TVL Warrants.
The first artcle, "TV Licensing and their Dodgy Warrants" by Crimebodge.
Hey, I never knew there was dodgy warrants going about, made me think about phoning my local Sheriff Court and asking them how I would authenticate
a search warrant. I'm sure like most folks, I've never seen one.
The article did at one time include two videos, but one has been pulled, but the second one shows the calm manner the householder conducted himself
when confronted by a TVL officer and a policeman.. They never got in his house and walked away.
Crimebodge gives the advice to refuse entry, which conflicts with the advice given on this second article I've found, which gives a lot of good advice on other
matters but also mentions an offence of "obstruction of a warrant" Interestingly, it mentions that a TVL warrant has the powers to seaerch AV equipment but not
computers phones or tablets, so my question would be, what's a streaming stick? I'm pretty sure it has a CPU.
