This is the splitter ... how do I find the power levels pablo??post the power levels as mentioned by @liamt in the thread above, VM may be able to adjust the signal if it's miles out, if the power levels are fine then you may need a booster.
Also what name is on the splitter being used? - no name splitters are a waste of time
for £3 it's worth changing as they don't last forever and that Technetix looks old, but before you do that, remove the splitter completely, put the single incoming cable into the router and recheck the signal levels, power off the router before you do this so that it resets all the data, if the power levels / SNR are better without the splitter it will show that the splitter is letting in noise
