the problem is you are trying to use the wrong line in the wrong format

I did, have you successfully managed to place the CCcam.cfg file into root/user/keys ?
and then started CCcam ?

My instructions are correct.
We really need to know EXACTLY what you are doing and not just " Its not working" etc.

Open file zilla
Input ip into host, root into username

Under "remote site" located and opened USR, then locate and open keys
Once open this shows 2 files (now 3 since I added yours)

CCcam.cfg
mg_cfg
newcamd.list

The CCcam conatins my line

THen on box using remote

menu
setup
softcam/ci
softcam manager

This shows
CCcam.2.3.0
mgcamd.1.38

Highlight CCcam press blue (enable startup)

Now shows As active CCcam.2.3.0

Try adding an "M" to the first "co" .
Yes you are FTP'ing it to the correct place.
Are you then selecting CCcam and pressing "Green" ?

Ten to test try selecting discovery channel and nick toons
Screen then freezes on what ever channel im currently on (in this case channel 5)

No, shouldn't, just press green to restart the cam.

Suffix "list" is mgcam.
Suffix "cfg" is cccam.

Im guessing my box has had it or needs updating?

Your screen shot you sent me is correct and where you're placing these files is also correct.
I would suggest at this stage that you reflash a known image like WB and we will take it from there, believe me, 15 mins or so and its done..........

No problem, but really, have a read here, and upgrade your H2S to WB and then we are "singing from the same hymn sheet", as they say.

Are you still using vix? If you Are CCcam.cfg goes in etc
