hi ive been trying to put a test line onto my box zgemma h2h I get as far as where you have to press the yellow button for manual download for epg and then I get a blue screen with encountered a software problem ,

Are you using a 64 gig usb stick ,have you initialized it,and is your epg setup to save to usb drive and not internal flash.

the guy who I had a free test off said I would only need a 4 -16 gb stick and his instructions were as clear as mud to be honest and now hes lost patience with me I think , now my test line has run out I'm kinda stumped

He doesn't sound like a very good supplier tbh.You need a 64gb stick for Ipdb tv image.I would post a request on the below link and stating what you are looking for and take a test line first.Don't buy from new members or members with very few posts,only buy from long term members and you will be ok
