I love it when sky/virgin contracts get cancelled when you pay for it its only going in footballers pockets.

Currently recording Neighbours on Ch5 just now but as I'm home I thought I'd watch it too but all I get is a black screen - why would this be and is it being recorded properly? [emoji36][emoji36]

Even ch 171 5HD wont allow me to view it[emoji36]

I had this issue and it was a tuner problem with my b tuner.
Menu...setup...service searching....signal finder

Tell me the snr and agc and Ber % of tuner a and tuner b

That looks right
Menu... Setup... Service Searching... Tuner configuration
Make sure tuner b is set to simple and not turned off
 
It's still doing it, I tried to record and watch something on ITV and it's the same[emoji53]

Blue Button, system, customise, preferred tuner auto and preferred tuner for recording auto
 
Is there no signal at all on tunner b.
I couldnt really make out from the picture lol
Is line multi tunner enabled that shouldnt make a diffrence on fresat anyway really 1-5 etc
