Mgcamd 1.35 / 38

trying to get mgcamd on my zgemma s2, ive downloaded mgcamd 1.35 from, OpenViX Downloads ,

and ftp to tmp folder then installed via .. menu / setup / vix / install local extension , but not getting any joy just getting failed

Why don't you do:
Menu/plugins/download plugins/softcams.
Download from there.
Think this is right.

I'm sure its in plugins but I think you will have the same issue, Ive tried doing this on opentv and it wont let me download mgcam 1.38, don't know why. Just lucky it works ok on 1.,35

from my experience with mgcams, I found you had to delete one to install another so delete 1.35 first, then go to plug ins and download install 1.38 or vice versa

i dont even have 1.35 in , just cccam 2.3.0

Why not use one of backup images on here as already installed?

I've got it working , followed these instructions ; you need to delete ocram-feed.conf in the etc/opkg folder this file is causing the issues with 014 , 015 removes the ocram feeds so this won't happen again.
Anyone on 014 needs to delete this file to get things working again if your still on a previous build I'd stay where you are and upgrade straight to 015.
015 isn't available to download yet but the change log is showing..

There is nothing wrong with 1.38 it works 100% fine
