No cable channels working

Hello everyone, I've just been watching sly sports f1 it froze and now none of the cable channels are working, I've rebooted box and router tries rescanning, any other suggestions?

If it's gone off all of a sudden, it's likely to be a line issue - have you spoke to your provider?

Tried but no reply, he maybe in bed I'll see if he replies tomorrow if not I'll request another line
