Paid channels not working after software update

Did a software update, box restarted now none of the paid channels are working. Using Openatv Dsayers image.

Confused.

Ota updates shouldn't effect your channels check your cam is still running and restart it and check your line is still in usr/keys

Deleted bouquets, ran a new scan and it started working.

Strange why that happened.

Still having this problem. Switched the box on after work, turned to Sky Sports Mix it then froze now none of the channels are working.

Can it be mgcamd or something else?

restart the ccam or mgcamd do you turn your box off at the mains?

Nope never.

I have to delete bouquets and do another scan then it works.

I really don't want to reflash the box. Does anyone know why it would happen?
