Delete the cache, i tried load and didnt work.

In the load/save/delete menu
Load= Load what is in the cache file into RAM. That is pointless for you as you just deleted it. You have nothing to load.

Ps did another reboot and only 3 channels in epg bbc1 hd bbc2 and bbc local.

Please expand on what you mean. Do you mean
1. The bouquet/group only has three channels
2. Only three channels have EPG

At moment i have itv on, press the epg button and only bbc1 hd and bbc2 are loaded all other channels epg is missing. If i click the bouquets button (Tv) the now showing programmes are there.

Scratch that all now back,just wondering if could of been a local due to weather, not sure on all tech stuff on adverse weather,just strange been gone all day then just appears again.

The EPG button opens the GRID EPG by default. When the Grid EPG opens, it uses te last selected mode, that selection must have got corrupt in the cut. Bouquets should still be there. So for now, don't press the EPG button to invoke Grid EPG, use the channel selection method.

Press Up (next to OK), Blue should be Favourites/Bouquets). Do all the bouquets/group show? (Please do not mention EPG until we have confirmed your bouquets are OK.)
