Ok this is relativly simple. If you click on a stream and its not working try another. If they are all not working that is supplier end aslong as you have checked evreyrhing.
So you need to contact the supplier or get your friend to for you not ideal.
Get yourself a test from the section as mentioned i doubt its speeds if you are on virgin. But have a look at signal strength on firestick
Virgin would never drop below what is req to run iptv. Unless you have someone gaming or too many connections on the hub.
A VPN is going to slow down your speeds even more they are handy to stableize speeds but really as virgin run on full fibre they wont fluctuate madly unless there is a falut there end.
You only actually need about 15 meg to keep iptv nice and steady. Another thing could be ping but a VPN will make that worse.
