q5 problem

I have a q5 hd cable receiver and its scanned all channels but all channels including fta all say signal lost ??

its beginning to get on my nerves now lol

I could do with a guide if any 1 has 1

That's strange. If the signal was strong enough for the box to pick up the channels, then it should still be strong enough to watch them.

Do the level & quality meters both show 0?

Have you checked that your cable feed hasn't become loose somewhere? If you have a splitter in line, have you tried connecting the box straight to where the feed enters the house?

yeah that's what I thought lol I get the channels when I plug in my TiVo box but not this box
and checked all feed etc

yeah 0 don't know why its like it worked then didn't
