re to scan transponder

hi all i got f3 but wont let me go in settings to scan TP it is grey in menu where others are white and can access them no prob any ideas my other box f3 is ok

select satellite list, press ok, press satellite list (sky-uk xxx-xxx) to put a white tick beside the list, exit out and your done.
