Hi ive lost these to channels it says no signal have they changed frequency ?? if they have does anyone know how i can change the frequency manually with my remote on my f5 box regards senga

Download and install latest CWaites or AJ's channel list---both on forum.

thanks for the help guys im a lady and new to this my usb is knackered so i have to do things manually with my box can someone briefly describe how i change the channel frequency once again thank you

Check out you tube do a search for channel up dates and follow the steps its quite easy, play the vid as you do it. Also check out king of sat for latest changes of frequency settings which saves doing a full sat search, you can just enter the required transponder for the channels you need.
