No there are two options either pay £100 and get the box usb plus a sub , or you can buy a sub download onto a USB and with instructions do it yourself that wasy is £60

It's odd how in his message to you he says ' Sky Q is running on iptv systems, ' but then you say he told you that you need a dish? if it's on an iptv system then no dish is required, if it uses a dish then it's not IPTV system.

in Germany you can get Sky Q over IP but not in the UK. Sounds a bit like sky glass but with out the tv. I assume the SKY Q over IP box would be different to the standard sky q box.
