Sound cables from old pc to spdif

Old big desktop getting replaced with a tiny Minix pc but on old pc has a soundcard for 5 - 1 sound system with double sub woofer and want to re use it on new setup but need connections as only got a spdif.

I got a cheapo stereo RCA to spdif to use with a surround I used to have, maybe a 5:1 version is available......

No rca as cable are different plugs and needs to be dts compatible,looking at a few on google images.

But you have Jack sockets on PC,?
If so, use jack to phono leads from PC to spdif converter

No i dont as only have spdif

2nd pic shows the 3 cables that need connecting that went into soundcard of old pc.
Quality of sound is mind blowing hence why i need to reuse it again.
