I have a problem with my emulator pro. I put in good, valid Mac numbers, properly, and none work. only one works out of the 3 devices i have. What could the problem be? My settings are all the same for each box.

Is it a multiroom line?
If it's just a single connection line you can only use one device at a time
Why not use the dedicated app instead of mag emulator

I have 3 boxes with different mac addresses all on one wifi. All of the others are single users. the only one that works is one in my main room. the other two with different mac addresses will not work.

With the buzz sticks you should have the mytv omline app built in so have a look to see if its there. I am about for an hour one to one if you reply asap

Is your remote for buzz box/stick setup for Bluetooth or ir.
If setup for Bluetooth it does take a minute to re connect to the Bluetooth.
If your trying to use 3 boxes at same time only one will work as you have single connection not multiroom which is not possible via mac subs.
Agree with moshi why use stb emu when buzz has there own dedicated iptv app which is far more better then stb emu which only imitates a mag box which are shite

i returned the buzz box, but i have the same problem on my firestick. I am using the stbemulator pro. I have 5 working mac numbers. however, when i put them into the profile ( all http's are correct ) the message i get is to contact my provider. these mag boxes are not in my house. why does this occur, and how can i fix it? Thanks

Have you paid for a line for each mac address?
You can't run one line on five different mac addresses
When you got your sub off your provider did you give them all 5 MAC addresses? If you only gave them one then this would explain your problem. If this is the case then set the same MAC on each box but remember to only use one at a time.

Yes. They are all subscribed on mag boxes. All in different locations. Shouldn't stb emulator copy or use these valid addresses? Provider http is accurate
Are you using mag boxes or fire stick as the emulator will only work on android

@POMPANOGUY if the mag boxes are in use, you can't create clone addresses on other devices. The provider line will play on one or the other. If it's in use by the mag box then the emulator won't get a connection
