12266 H 27500 - Sky Sp PL HD, SkySp MainEvent HD, SkySp News HD,

Check to see if you have a signal on 12188 H 27500 & 12266 H 27500 in your TP list,
These 2 TPs are Horizontal, the only other Horizontal ones that open channels are 12110 & 12226, check these as well.
Looks like you're not getting a signal on the Horizontal TPs.

Then it's probably your lnb but to make sure try another receiver to see if you get a signal on the High Band Horizontal TPs, (11.700 - 12.750), make sure the cable is going directly to the dish.

Its very rare a dish will move unless extreme weather. Try another receiver if possible

If that is a Viark 4k then that transponder is dead or dish is out of alignment.

On the channels that do clear what are your signal and quality readings ?

Those are pretty good to be fair on a Viark.

Ignore the signal on a 4k it would show 90-92 with the dish pointing to the floor its the Quality reading that matters on it.

Im starting to think @mark142 could be right and the lnb is at fault.

I meant what type of LNB are you using at the dish. It's not a Sky Q LNB or anything is it?

Assuming it's shotgun cable have you tried connecting the other F plug instead?
