Also tried that again still only free channels , was working earlier, then tried getting expiry date up re 666 ect then lost all encrypted channels will try re boot every thing again and reload cc file again
Hi guys would you suggest reloading latest released 28/Jan update and then reloading ccfg file , or should I start with latest mars software, them 28 Jan update then ccfg key file , really strange suddenly just went
I was about to suggest the same with a factory rest before and after latest firmware install.
Than set the box up.
Thanks. I don't need to completely do factory reset on the box ? Just the latest firmware from 28/01/26 then upload the ccam file then uploaded my channel settings 🤞 thanks again

28.2e does not clear, if that's what you are after.
No sats at all clearing?
Sub not expired?
Whens last time anything cleared and what was it?
You may need to update your firmware to the latest !
As Manic said 28e is gone has not cleared for a while.
You just need to load the cfg file again.
If you type 666 before you get to the network page it switches the cfg file off.
Thanks for info , I was trying to follow the posted guide how to check sub expiry using 666 ,or should it be 6666? Then problem happened , how do I turn it back on ? I have tried couple time to reload the ccam file I was sent when I took sub , which I put on to usb , says (success )thru usb , but still no channels turning green and anything opening despite getting same id message on a scrambled channel but doesn't clear ,if by mistake I turned something off re the cfg file how do I turn it back on again ? Friend will just loading cfg file again just do it or do I need to reload latest everything again ?
Its 666 but 6666 also works if the key press is missed by the box.
If CS Protocol does not pop up after that, your software is corrupt,your not on mars software or the CCcam.cfg has not been installed.
Backup channel settings
Factory reset
Install Mars V8 UHD V1.11.20790 28012026
Factory reset
Restore your channel settings and make sure any usuals settings are correct
Transfer your CCcam.cfg
Thanks again for explanation really strange because it's been working fine for last month after updating /and uploading with ccam.cfg so key file must be good ? But yesterday trying menu into network then not clicking on anything but pressing 666 on remote looking at box front panel 666 appearing briefly but cs protocol didn't appear tried it several times that's when lost channels, did try twice to upload ccam.cfg to box but again nothing , is there setting or menu to input /turn off ccam manually like the old spiderbox days that was working with iks server ? I keep seeing 666 to get the cs protocol menu but it's 6666 isn't it. Tried tried it for myself to confirm.
Just update for everyone who replied before I started to re load software then cfg file I thought I would try one more time with 666 or 6666 menu went to network without clicking on it put 666 with remote briefly message came up enabled then I had encrypted channels in green back again apart from sly Italia ( must gone again left it on encrypted channel check it again when back home
