I suspect you have not flashed the latest version of openATV, that is an old version of Webif.

Start again and make sure you follow the instructions EXACTLY.
I'm pretty sure you won't be presented with this problem then.
 
hi got box zgemma h2h I had old woosbuild image on it saw that there was a new wooshbuild infinity installed that all ok switched box off for 2 hours gone to switch box back on got wooshbuild infinity on screen but box boots up to 99 then it goes to 00 and starts rebooting again tried reflashing image I took off but wont do anything just constantly rebooting cant even get into menu can you help please thanks mial

As I say it works on my box for some reason. You seem to have access to Webif without the Terminal command in the menu as shown on your screenshot you are also missing a part of the menu that says Box Info. I would reflash openATV again, make sure it's the correct file for your box? What box is it?

Hmmmm, I would hope it is all correct because it is still working off the setup it came with when I bought it so I have never had to flash the box myself.

I am a. beginner at this so please be gentle with me. When you say, "reflash openATV again, " would that be with a blank FAT32 formatted USB ?

you are trying to upgrade to wooshbuild infinity but you are starting 3/4 through the instructions, start at the very begining and flash openatv to the box as it clearly states in the instructions, then take it from there.
the entire process only takes 20-30 minutes max.

make sure the usb with the flash files isn't still in the box
if the problem persists, try a different power supply

Follow the instruction EXACTLY, do NOT miss any steps and you end up with all the latest build and plugins and WB Infinity.
It really is easy, as long as you do it step by step and as I said read and follow the instructions carefully.

no usb removed tried brand new power supply still rebooting starts off at10 goes to99 then 00 and repeats thanks mial
 
The sly channels are not showing on my EPG, all other channels seem to be present, anyone know why that would be and how to get them showing for example in my sports and movies bouquets?

there haven't been any sky sports or sky movies on sat lines for about 18 months
only on cable or iptv lines

Use something like a sandisk 8gig format to fat32 make sure you have the right image for your box model and only put zgemma file onto USB if no joy that way on your pc/laptop open the zgemma file see if there is a file that says noforce rename to force pop back onto USB try that way

I second this. On the previous build of Wooshbuild I used to uncheck "Hide blacked out channels" to be able to see what's on using the main EPG. Reason for this is because I use IPTV through the Xtreme TV plugin. I end up missing a lot of stuff on Sly 1 etc because It's not shown unless I load up Xtreme TV everytime to check there as well.

Is there any chance we can get the option back to unhide these channels?

(P.S I am aware you can get IPTV from some suppliers which populates and is accessible from the main EPG with it's own bouquet, however I like the service I'm getting through my current provider and don't want to switch).

Please make a new thread in the IPTV section so you can get better support for your issue. It isn't an Infinity issue you have.
 
Installed Infinity and works well, but recording a prog via xtreme shows it recorded when stop yellow button - red button . Recording doesn't show file in list of recordings, any ideas how to fix ?
Ps it's an H2S box

Check in the /media/hdd/movies folder open file list then yellow button(bookmarks)
 
Help please still not found cure for my zgemma h2h rebooting all time goes to 99 then 00 and then repeats again this has only started since I put woosh infinity image on had it working turned it off and turned back on then it started tried 4 usb sticks to try a reflash none are reconised by box change file from noforce to force formatted to fat 32 using Bootice still nothing can any one help please thanks mial ( ps box is brand new delivered Saturday )
