go to plugins menu and click red to remove plugins
remove e2player
reboot the box
go back to plugins menu, cliick green to show downloadable plugins, install e2player
update it as normal, then try again

Vm blocking when i click choose box type to open webif in instructions, only when using iphone, when i use imac it opens fine, strange
Thanks, just done what you suggested...still the same (only BBC and ITV player work), clicking anything else just sticks on 'downloading'.

I would say it is your computer not connecting to the box using the name and not IP. Virgin play no part at this stage.
are you trying to download the movies or stream them?
you can't download them unless you have a storage device, USB, HDD etc
Just stream...
I've just opend e2player, updated it, navigated to movies>solar movies>featured
clicked on 'the spy who dumped me'
it played
exited, went to 'the meg', clicked it
that played as well, although the quality and volume is horrendously low
are you sure you are connected to the network?
Mine used to work like that lol. Yes its connected, I can stream BBC and ITV, nothing else though..

So I've just made a discovery -
initially I installed WB-Infinity, and only opted for the IPTV install, used the aniptvadder supplied by the supplier, and all EPG data came through, even for all the international channels and VOD too!
Now I've reinstalled WB-Infinity again, but this time opted for VM-UK, again used the aniptvadder supplied by the supplier, however this time the international channels and VOD EPG is NOT coming through?
Does this mean that if I want the epg data for international IPTV channels, I need to only INSTALL for iptv?

You will need to make sure that the Rytec Virgin / Sat tick boxes are all ticked and also any you need from your provider. This is done in EPG Importer, Infinity plays no part in this as it is a standard plugin. By default Infinity ticks the 6 boxes for Rytec Virgin / Sat, what your IPTV provider does is down to them.
Green button -> EPG Importer -> Blue button (sources)
Green button -> EPG Importer -> Blue button (sources)
CCcam.cfg goes in usr/keys folder on wooshbuild
then on H2h, go to softcam panel, make sure CCcam2.3.0 is showing in active cam, then click green button to load the line
Hi.. Thanks for replying so fast. Total dunce here probably but when I press blue button on remote I can't see Soft cam Panel listed on screen.

It sounds like you've installed openatv but not installed WB infinity, what appears if you press the red button?
The Whooshbuild Infinity screen comes up when booting up. And it says Open ATV6.2 in the top left panel on the Sky skin. I flashed it 2 days ago from the image here
