when you put open atv on your box stop when it gets to hdmi screen go to computer and type box ip in address bar then webif will come up then go to first page on this thread and start from 1 and follow everything as it says
 
I'm right at the start of the steps where you says "At this point STOP using the remote. Click the spoiler just below this text and select the make / model of your box. It will open Webif in your browser. Webif is a built in part of your box which is where we run the command to start WooshBuild Infinity."

I click on http://zgemmah52s
and it's not working. Is it suppose to do something ?

Make sure the box is connected to the internet/router via ethernet, I did the same.
 
it is connected .

I just flashed via the online method so i know the box is connected to the net.. and i'm on my computer here.. so this is connected as well.

When i click this link ( different from one i posted above) http://zgemmas2s

it just goes to a place hold page
 
is Webif something I should know about before doing this ? .. the instructions didn't go into any details about it.. is it a software I need to install before clinking the link ?
 
I always put ip address of my box in browser to get webif up I think it works better than box name as name doesn't always work
 
so 192.186.0.x ? or does I need to add something else after the IP address ?

any idea how to get the IP address of the box ? of just a case of guessing it
 
you don't get webif up whats on your box you put name or ip address of box in browser at top of page on computer or laptop phone or tablet what ever you have and webif will come up on computer then you put the commands in webif after pressing terminal look at the instructions on page 1 of this thread under infinity at top of page cant see how your all going wrong if you read the instructions proper

There is nothing there about entering your box IP address into a browser. if the instruction are assuming things then they are not instructions.
