For Info:

Some users have reported when updating openATV 6.2 using the software update option on the blue button, the new openATV updates are causing the box to crash requiring a clean flash of openATV.

It is advised that you take a complete backup of your box if you are planning on doing software updates.
 
I had a spot of bother last night my picture kept glitching/freezing I think it’s something to do with the soft cam ...what should the settings be ???? (If I reflash back to a different build on ATV 6.1 it’s fine)

which softcam are you using?
have you tried a different softcam?

The only other mgcamd softcams are going to be older than that one, 1.35 etc
There's a mg_cfg file in the Downloads section, ftp that to usr/keys folder, replacing the one you have and see if it's any different
 
Just to clarify, does the issue only occur when updating atv6.2? If doing a clean flash from 6.1 to 6.2 with the latest available and updating from wooshbuild 7 to infinity would i still get the crash/boot problem?
 
No. If it is an issue with an update a clean flash will install the new files which the update tries to do so it will be fine.

What are we talking about here

Satellite or iptv ?

Both won't be down to wooshbuild infinity
If iptv contact your provider
or if sat will be a abm problem
 
Looking some advice. I'm using zgemma 7s with wooshbuild infinity and done a scan but keep geeting message failed to tune virmin uk on tuner c and same with sly on tuner a! Done a reflash and getting the same message have checked all my connections and all fine and I'm getting Internet signal to the box as have iptv on the box, any ideas? Thanks
 
Can any help with something that's probably very simple to fix.

I've set the EPG to update at a certain time, but instead of updating automatically it askes me if I want to update, which is quite annoying, and If I miss this prompt, then I have to do it manually.

How do I set it so that it is automatic rather than requiring any user input?

EPG Importer doesn't show a message asking if you want to update, do you mean AutoBouquetsMaker? If so then this is because you are watching the TV at the time it is wanting to update. Set it to a time in the middle of the night and it will just do it. By default I think this is set to 7am or something.
