Think you need to try a different power supply if its not that then reflash, that seems to be the info for your problem

If not a PSU issue then stuck at 49% at boot usually means your receiver has ran out of memory. A reflash to fix or you could FTP into your receiver and delete some files

Stopping at 49 has always been a skin issue.
Reflash and choose a plain skin during choosing options etc

Also at 49 you should be able to connect via putty or ftp and delete skin folder.

Have you tried a different power supply as suggested? Any 12volts should do as long as it's 2 or more amps. :)

stuck in a boot loop, you typically need to "flash" it with a fresh image via a USB stick. This process overwrites the corrupted software causing the loop.

• Format: Use a high-quality USB stick (smaller capacities like 2GB–8GB often work best).
• File System: Format it to FAT32 on your computer.
• Files: Download the latest image for the H17 (e.g., from OpenATV or OpenViX). Unzip the folder and copy the zgemma folder directly to the root of the USB stick.

2. Flashing the Device

1. Power Down: Turn off the receiver using the physical power switch at the back.
2. Insert USB: Plug the prepared USB stick into a rear USB port.
3. Initiate Flash:
   • Turn the power switch back ON.
   • Immediately press and hold the front power button (often located behind a flap or on the front panel) until you see "FLSH" or "USB" on the display.

1. Download the Right File: Look for the specific recovery_emmc.zip for the H17 on sites like OpenPLi or OpenATV.
