Hy Guys
Im having the same issue driving me mad using Sucmnsees Vix 3.2.021 image
Trying to input my Lines with no Joy
FTP and edited newcamd.list as follows
CWS_KEEPALIVE = 300
CWS_INCOMING_PORT = 21000
CWS = server 18897 user password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
restarted box and restarted mgcamd1.38
with no joy
Romoved ccam plugin
Removed mgcand1.38 and tried mgcamd1.35a
Tried with the files on the image and tried with the file post on this thread by crmorris2 as a pair( mg_cfg & newcand.lst)
With no joy
Also tried with the line all on one line looking like
CWS_KEEPALIVE = 300 CWS_INCOMING_PORT = 21000 CWS = server port username password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

Reflashed deleted the plugins and installed and tried though TSpanel

I have 2 lines and tried them both seprately and are both tested ok on y Openbox

When i try a any SLY channels it just freezes on the last picure the epg and menus still work but the picture is frooze on BBC

This is driving me mad and I have ran out of ideas
Help me please

Don't put line in with keep alive or incoming port just edit the line in the Newcamd list file with CWS = your line details and try

If your using a new Open ATV image they don't have a softcam menu anymore you with have to install yourself. I'm sure there's a file on here somewhere its just finding it. Hopefully someone will come along with one. (I'll check to see if i still have one)
 
Good man dangerous some fella said he will set my box up 4 £40 but think it's pointless need 2 learn myself even if it is doing my head in
 
Put your line details into the relevant folder
C line goes into a CCcam.cfg
N line goes into a newcamd.list
You should have one of these off your line provider (hopefully ready to use)
Put the file into usr/keys
Which cam are you using?
 
You need a ftp program on pc ie Filezilla client version

Idiots Guide for adding your line with Filezilla
On your Box Menu > Info> Network > Get your box IP address
Open up Filezilla Host (top left ) Type in IP address Username root Leave others blank Press Quickconnect
Box should then connect to computer Left side computer, Right hand box
For N lines
On right hand side locate usr Double click it Then Keys Double click It You should now see 2 files Mg and Newcamd list On Newcamd list Left click/right click Then click View/Edit ( It may ask you what program you wish to view the file choose Notepad) You will see 2 samples of what your lines should look like either edit your line details or Delete up to CWS = (space either side of = )
Copy and past your line Less the N: in its place*
Disconnect from Filezilla By Clicking the X just under bookmarks top of page
Press blue button on remote control >.Softcam Manager Select Mg 1.38 and start cam Restart box (not with GUI)
For C lines*
Instead of usr/keys on box Your line goes Complete with the C in the Ect folder on box and select CCcam and start in Softcam manager and restart box

There's no need to delete anything if it looks like this
 
Might be worth taking Tich up on his offer.
It can get a little overwhelming when your new to this with all the different replies flying at you.
