Yep agreed mate be a brilliant signing if they can get the deal over the line.

United need someone of his quality and stature in that position alongside Maguire.

Still a few players short which I really hope they get sorted in those vital positions over the next few weeks before the season starts.
 
I be honest I also didn't realise he was so injury prone. It looks like a big risk now.

Saying that if he stays fit he can offer so much but that's a big if.

United definitely need a world class centre back some one who is commanding and has pace.

Ye true.

Could be an age factor which shouldn't come into it with how good he's been when he's come on. Not just with goals but also assists.
