That's your own experience mate and differs fir everyone.

Get 350mb speeds and anytime calls for much less than £40 but again this depends who you end up speaking to.

TT were robbing us blind for years and happy left them and moved other services from them to VM.

Will be bit tricky this time though as 350mb speeds getting is only because of being a volt customer. But will see what they will to do on same speed package or even one before I was on and see what's best price possible.

if i remember virgin uploads speeds are poor. i think some of their best deals are for businesses , i know a few using that service.

Ye upload speeds generally are poor for most ISPs mate.

Price I pay is better than ones they have for businesses I would say.

But just got email from them what my price increase would be not really happy so by end of this month will cancel and give 30 days notice to them and see what happens. Cant see myself leaving them been with them over 10 years now.

All companies are increasing prices for their products/services no matter what they are and low or high increases.

I do agree though energy prices skyrocketing regularly with no end in sight and is really alarming.

I have not gotten price rise increase from them as of yet, I am pretty sure it is coming very soon as well. VM blocks the piss out of my IPTV Service especially when footie on I run my connection in modem mode. VM super hub 3 is plague with many problems. I can remember when, they had a major block my iptv shut down for about 5 hrs, could not even watch anything. My contract finishes in December 2022 I will see what happens, if I decide to stay with them for another 18 months. At my post code the most I can get is 40 d/l 10 u/l on copper wire.

Ye think some have gotten it already this week, others likely next week. My brothers increase has gone up to £3.75 and he has 200mb. But he says he aint bothered about cancelling and letting them call back.

I wont get same speeds from likes of sky and BT in my area same with TT (wont go back to them) so VM is only real option for me for the speeds.

If I have to downgrade to 200mb at old price if they can do then will do that. As deal I got for 200mb and anytime calls at the time was amazing and shocked me but that rep gave a huge discount so I dont think will be same thing this time.

They probably have to offset the cost with giving double speed to volt customers. Nothing comes free tbh. I only renewed last year with a discount but when I get the email I might phone them to haggle.

As above with @urie
Lets get real here less than £4.70 a month increase , unlike electricity and gas bills increases which are really hurting normal people.
With price rising in energy and other sectors a few quid isn't the end of the world tbh.

You can save more if you want too.

Prime student is free for 6 months. Every 6 Months close your Amazon Account then re open with your Student Email again. Save yourself 3.99 a Month. Only need to do this every 6 Months. 2 Minute job.

Spotify is also a tenner a year if you go Indian route.

I tell my mate all this and he couldn't give a dam as it takes slight more effort.
