Hi ot sure if I'm in the right place to ask this but here goes.
I have bought a zgemma h2h with both cable and vm lines setup similar to dsayers2014 vix4.100 but a little out of date.
Satellite channels seem fine on input A but all the virgin media channels are jumping and the sound is poor
Also I have tried changing the vm n line with a 24 hour free test sample and this has not made any difference
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
I have 200mb connection
 
Guys, my H2H isn't playing ball this evening. Switched it on to find the vm HD channels not picking up any signal, not sure if this is something to with the box or lines? Sky channels are working though.

Any ideas??
 
Could be the line. Are you getting any messages on the screen? And if you do a rescan in abm is it picking up the VM channels? Get a test line and try that - would be the first step to try. Or ask your line provider if it is online/offline.
 
Switched the box on this morning and all channels up and working again!! Want to know if this is a line issue or normal behaviour as part of the epg etc updating?
 
Does anyone else have a issue when starting a scan in Autoboquets where by it takes about 1 minute or so and crashes and reboots ?

I just cant seem start a scan without it crashing and rebooting so at the moments i have no bouquets as i deleted them

Now thats wierd as i think i know why its crashing, my sky tuner was set to area Scottish West which is were i am but i changed it to Scottish East and it scans ....

Ok how do i go about when pressing EPG it brings up the full bouquet rather that choosing a section?
 
In autobouqete marker providers choose sky uk generate main bouquet to yes but then entertainment onwards will be the incorrect channel numbers
 
Sorry I just realised what you mean on epg press menu and change show bouquets on launch to no

It should show all tabs unless you've updated it then you need to edit the extras.xml following kiddacs instructions but you don't need to replace the epgselection.py
 
Can I use this image on a H2.S with a USB DVB-C tuner for the VM channels (assuming I get that bit working)?

Need some help....I'm not too technical

When flashing the H2H does the VM cable have to be connected to the box as well as the Sky Cable and the VM broadband cable?

No but you will need them when scanning channel always power down the box when adding or removing cables
 
All I'm getting is the OpenA TV screen and a logo that's flashing on the top right side of the screen, nothing else is happening?
Files have been extracted to the USB drive

Reformat the usb using hp format tool then try to reflash

Make sure you only have the zgemma folder on the usb switch off box using the back power button insert usb in back and switch on using back button then box should change from usb to flash

I've done the below and its worked, its booted up, it intially showed 'no tuner' as soon as it booted up? might be due to not having any connections into the box?

I can see the home screen, showing the main menu, is my next step the Idiots Guide for adding your line with Filezilla?, which I think is linked to below?

Set with mgcamd1.38. & cccam2.3 and with all mg_cfg and newcamd.list and CCcam.cfg files needed in place! Just edit your details in and reboot! DO NOT SEND YOUR FILES IN. EDIT WHATS ALREADY THERE

If your using the same usb stick for your storage device make sure that you remove the zgemma folder before you start the box or it might reflash

So I need to power off, remove usb which was used to flash the box, connect the VM cable and Sly cable to the box, power back on, then then
menu, setup, service searching,Tuner configuration,
select Tuner B: and input your network id etc and follow the guide for the tuning part and setting the Boutiques etc

Is Set with mgcamd1.38. & cccam2.3 and with all mg_cfg and newcamd.list and CCcam.cfg files needed in place! Just edit your details in and reboot! and adding the line done right at the end?
