When I change channel, type in eg 101 it doesn't change straight away it takes about 5 seconds (it seems longer) is there away to speed it up.

Press OK after typing the numbers and it will change straight away.
There is a setting you can change on the box but can't look to find it at the moment as the kids are watching Ben and holly on kodi

That's supposed to be a 'feature' of ViX. There's nothing you can do about it apart from pressing OK after inputting the numbers.

Found this issue with quite a few boxes on VIX & also on ATX boxes with a slow USB 2.0 usb drive storing the epg. Replacing the USB drive with a good USB 3.0 drive improved channel changing straight away.
