EPG for IPTV

I'm using EPGImporter for IPTV and I can't get UK epg to download for some reason. USA, Canada and international all download fine but not uk. Any ideas? EPG source is ROOT IPTV UK

Update. EPGimporter Log is showing UNKNOWN CHANNEL for all UK channels.

Problem solved. Didn't have Autobouquets installed.

Hi, I'm having the same problem(kinda). My uk channels don't pull I'm epg most of the time or epg doesn't stay loaded if the box is restarted. Autobouquets from plugins and run it?

Box is i55 and have h2s which is working perfectly.

same as me mate. EPGimporter runs and seems to get stuck at importing: UK ROOT IPTV and goes no further. 38858 events

@jonny2404; Mine had been going to 38858 for a good few scans or 319 or 391 for just uk import, did you try autobouquets? I haven't tried a scan with it yet.

Jonny, try restarting your box but before you do, make sure epgimporter doesn't start up on reboot (in other words, make sure you right click to 'never', even if it is temporary as the events will automatically start to import).

Once rebooted, go into epgimporter. Press blue for sources. I untick your four iptv sources at the top, then tick them again. Also make sure you have Rytec UK Sat XMLTV ticked also as that will import your UK channels.

Once you have ticked those five sources, make sure you press green to save them (which will bring you back to the main menu) and then press yellow to do the manual import.

I know what to do guys but it's just not doing it. Also having problems now with IPTV bouquets, they're coming up as n/a with no channels in them [emoji30]

If you are now getting n/a channels, try doing an automatic scan (menu - set up - service searching). Then run an ABM scan and all names should reappear.

Will this run on just iptv or is for sat/iptv? I only have iptv box and not connected to any dish.

The most important part for channels showing 'n/a' is doing the ABM scan as this should rectify the problem. The ABM scan is for all the bouquets created for enigma boxes
