all VM channels gone off?

I have not touched any reader or the user, just did a change in the main config. I tested with the Skip CWs checksum test, which works, but ended up with just Skip CWs checksum test only for:
Code:
0E00:000000;0500:050F00;098C:000000;09C4:000000;098D:000000;0500:030B00;1811:003311;1883:003311;1863:003342;1833:003311;1803:003343;1830:000000;1883:003311;1863:003343;1841:000000;0960:000000

I have many providers and only wanted to skip the testing for the ones that's needed

You also need to tick the 2 boxes mentioned earlier in this thread in your reader

some help plz. im on zgemma h5.2tc using wooshbuild infinity. supplier has said to use oscam instead of newcamd.list so a few questions..
1) does this sound reasonable - lincsat did say something similar. ?
2) i see lots of versions of oscams, which one should be there ? oscam-emu(120+git1789) is present.
3) do i just put my details in the oscam.server, (in /usr/keys/oscam_atv_emu/oscam.server) and leave other files alone.. ive put my line info in there, but no luck so far.
4) how do i tell the box to use oscam ? in my softcam setu, i only see mgcamd ? no option to change.

any help welcome

Have you read this thread?

1 yes if they have not been able to fix the mgcamd conf
2 oscam-emu should be fine
3. yes in the correct format, location of the file depends how old your softcam feed is. Older feeds stored them in /usr/keys/oscam-whatever newer feeds store them in /etc/tuxbox/config/oscam-whatever
4 once you have installed oscam then it will appear in softcam setup.

Yeah I didn't doubt any of the info posted here my issue was I'd reflashed my box, added new mgcamd etc when all this started. As the line wasn't working I began to think it might be something I'd done when tinkering with the box software. The test line I was kindly given confirmed that it's not my setup.

Bit of peace of mind more than anything.
dsayer page 5 type in search

THANKS Grog68 for reply.

3. yes in the correct format, location of the file depends how old your softcam feed is. Older feeds stored them in /usr/keys/oscam-whatever newer feeds store them in /etc/tuxbox/config/oscam-whatever

Im not sure how to find how old the feed is ?.. so ..
Ive put my line info into both /etc/tuxbox/confg/oscam-emu/oscam.server
and /usr/keys/oscam_atv_emu/oscam.server

and not changed oscam.user, or oscam.srvid [ hope thats ok ?]

does this seem correct below ?
[reader]
label = nline1
protocol = newcamd
device = MYSTUFF,4040
key = 0102030405060708091011121314
user = MYUSER
password = MYPASS

group = 1

4 once you have installed oscam then it will appear in softcam setup. - OK I see this now.
