You usually get that message when your tuner configuration is not right, check your settings, are you using both a cable feed and a sat feed?

Iv scanned 4 5 times same problem kinda of lost now
 
Thats the problem im getting no signal on tuner B i have a fault i think it might be the connector will have to buy a new 1 tomorrow and try again thanks all of you so helpful
 
Hi, Been using your vix 3.2037 for some time, and like previous users, totally blown away with it.
Having said that is there anything to be gained from updating to this current one?

I don't have a problem flashing etc..but there is always that nerve-racking moment when you press restore!!!

So I only do it if it's worth it.
 
Tried changing connector tested all the leads with meter still getting no signal on tuner B tried scanning comes with message tuner timeout lock or something like that any suggestions what i might b doing wrong
 
I run the auto bouquet and I don't get HD channels i.e it's not swapping the Sly HD channels with VM for some reason ?
if I run auto scan then I get all channels including VM HD but the bouquet is lost so i don't see channel names etc.

something to do with provider settings ...should I have sly HD custom ? (Currently it's sly HD)
 
Why am i getting tune failed on some cable channels and also some channels are glitching like a weak signal any ideas anyone

Tried many combinations, currently it's as above. At least I get all channels when I do auto scan. I have 2 lines entry in newcamd list one each for sky and vm. It's just that when I run ABM I don't get vm HD channels
 
Sorry stuck at work I'm not sure why your not getting the vm channels in the sky bouquets your providers page looks fine. I'll reflash my box Friday and have a look at the files.
Could you try uploading the custom.xml from post 11 then rescan?

You either have about issue with the cable or tuner you might be better starting a new thread so more members will see it and might be able to give you something advice.
 
My problem is solved. For the benefit of others if you get cable channels when you do automatic scan (full scan) but dont get it when you run ABM scan its because your virgin network id might be wrong or not working. Being in london there isnt any london area specified in providers cable list so i selected Watford (41047) but when i changed it to Lewisham (41069) which is much further than where I live it worked!
 
just d/l and im going to update via usb but which file do i put on usb zgemma or image back ups and does it mater that the h2h has a open atv image on it
