ET 8000 HD ET-8000 - cable set up

Hi guys, I am waiting for cable to be installed at our house and am checking what I need! I have an ET8000 with 1 DVB-S tuner currently with sly line. What do i need to be able to get cable up and running? I got an Xtrend DVB-C/T2 Plug and Play tuner for ET8000 and ET10000 from W-O-S in the sale a while back in preparation, but will i need anything else? The tuner looks like it is just for terrestrial aerial input/output, but having said that I don't actually know what the cable cabling will look like!

Yep your ok the DVB-C/T tuner is a hybrid work for cable and terrestrial, your live vermin cable will fit with a rf connection, obviously you need a live vm line and modem , can then us a splitter ........
 
Yep your right bud , can use the t side for terrestrial tv have tried with an saerview aerial and works fine .......

Cheers guys, have ordered a splitter and know where I'm going to get my line from, so just need to wait a week for the vermin to come to my house! :-)
