Freezing on all MTV channel's

Anybody any idea why all my MTV channels never stay on long without freeze every 2 mins or less? Is everybody's also the same or ? I running virgin and H2H and good subscriber...

if your using a cache server it could be that there are not many users watching those channels so the cache is not getting refreshed before your box connects to your providers server

Do you use sat as well as cable, if you do then you could swap sat channels for cable ones.

Only option for you is to find a new provider that use their own local cards, it might be a bit more expensive but there are a few good ones there, if I were you , I would try a few tests until you find one that has all the channels you want to watch.
