H52TC - What build? Wooshbuild ready?

Whats the best build to put on this box?
I have a H2s and use Wooshbuild....Has he cracked this box as yet?

Also how can I transfer all the timers and autotimers from the old H2s to this box?

I think Wooshbuild is the best still yes.

On your h2s if you go into etc/settings you can copy timers and autotimers files to desktop say then FTP in to same location and overwrite then reboot. I think you may have to use putty and out enigma2 to sleep first then waken afterwards but no harm trying.

you cant just copy over the timer one, it will restart it you need to do a killall comand



but i think you might be able to do a system setting backup to the new box

Siilver is right though b est installing putty and killing e2 first sorry.

Siilver, re settings backup file, I thought about it over the weekend but chickened out. Have you tried copying 5.3 settings into 6.0/1?

Yea I went from 5.3 to 6.0and 6.0 to 6.1
With out a problem

Just the normal skin install

I think the restore settings works on h2s to h5.2tc but for those interested it doesn't work if restoring it on a H7

If you just want to copy the timers then do the following:

copy autotimers.xml and timer.xml from the /etc/enigma2 folder on the h2s to your computer
telnet to the h5.2tc using putty (login root)
in the telnet screen now type 'init 4' and hit enter (no quotes)
copy the autotimers.xml and timer.xml to the /etc/enigma2 folder on the h5.2tc
again in the telnet screen type 'init 3' and hit enter (no quotes)
now type exit to come out of telnet.
