Have you tried updating the TVs firmware?
For WebOS 5.0 and higher go to [SETTINGS] > [ALL SETTINGS] > [SUPPORT] > [SOFTWARE UPDATE]. For WebOS 3.0 through 4.5, go to [SETTINGS] > [ALL SETTINGS] > [GENERAL] > [ABOUT THIS TV] > [CHECK FOR UPDATES]. If an update is available, select [DOWNLOAD and INSTALL].
