The link is for the repo,just add the repo address to Kodi file manager and install deccan from repo. It's free and no mention of vpn.

May have been shut down then. Seems to happen a lot with Kodi.

mmm ...please let me know when you get some news or new link for deccan delight its the main addon for me in kodi… for our movies.., but I got that in my phone still running fine and thats auto update thats why.., if u get new url pls let me know..

Tried indigo from fusion addon but only managed to get indigo from installation couldn't get github browser when i click that nothing happening..
