was the line you requested a nline with newcamd.protocol not mgcamd,ask your provider?reboot box and the router,and you reread previous posts to check your active?

Twas an mgcamd, didnt think the firmware would be out so quick,only purchased it thursday.just in contact with my provider to see if he can shed some light :)

hi cactikid i am trying to update through internet update but it keeps freezing , i tried rebooting router and factory reset a850 several times, still cant get internet update to work, it still freezes, any help thanks
 
It was working well when I tested it to set up the line, it crashed a couple of times early on though
Box unplugged now until better bin file is available.
 
i downloaded and xtracted and put rar file on usb, plugged it on kryptview a850 usb upgrade seem to upgrade but its still on old software may2014 , did a scan all channels are there but dont work , any help
 
flash not taken if on old firmware,try again and usb upgrade? when done factory reset box.
