If the box is updated Menu/System Info
Rescan without the splitter direct from wallsocket

Check the software version is 24/04/2011 as stated above.

Restore factory settings to delete channels already there.

Rescan on your ip address as normal, no splitter.

If still no channels switch off box and router for 30 seconds and let them reset.

hi guys I've got Kryptview A750 & recently I've lost all the channels on the box. I'm trying to find new update so I can update on my pc. Does any1 knows New Code to update my A750. Pls reply any information you've. Thank u so much

go to intallations type in 0000
then look for s/w update in the menu
just click it , should run on it's own , will d/l unzip then flash the box
after that you need to delete all channels and factory reset to get rid of old s/w so it doesn't conflict with new one
also this is a s/w update for the box not for channels , hope that help's.

a factory reset only erases channels it does not get rid of firmware as that has to be overwritten by a new flash or s/w update.
i would suggest after you erase channels to power off at rear for 30 secs to clear the tps then on,then rescan

I have tried to run the s/w download after flashing my A750 Kryptview. I have loaded the Jan 2011 file. Everything goes ok but after reaching about 80% complete everything stops loading.
Anybody any suggestions.

On Saturday alot of the channels where off as more channels
got added over the weekend, just try again, you may find it OK now.

I have tried the above but when I try the s/w download it stops when about 80% complete.
Have tried several times.

Is your box clearing the channels without the update ??

Check your software download

Make sure you haven't put A780 software on an A750 box, the file dates are the same.

Box appears to be loading channels but all I can get is the basic channels.

Do you know where I can get the correct A750 software to make sure I am using correct one.
On box system it says Kryptview A750 pv3.7.00 as the software version loaded
