Have you scanned tuner B and tuner A?Don't have any other power supply. The box powers up fine.

Yep done everything, even the engineer was baffled saying its the receiver. Do you think Sly would be blocking the signal?Have you scanned tuner B and tuner A?
I had an engineer out today and checked the lnb which is a universal wide band and getting the signal on his scanner/device but when connected to the zgemma box there is no signal. I've been using the box for 6 years moved to a new home and working there for 2 years up until now. apologies my questions and input aren't enough thank you for your advise and help.Sky do not and never have blocked signals if anything they want/need customers to have a signal .
What type LNB Are you working with as as far as i can see reading this topic you fail to mention or provide a pic of your current LNB ??
i am not entirely convinced it is indeed a Universal LNB whatsoever which may explain why no signal lately and you have yet to provide any proof or evidence to suggest otherwise your "Pro" installer may still get signal if it's a Sky Q LNB on his sat meter but you will never get a signal unless you are using a SKY Q Box if indeed it is a SKY Q LNB which would be logical and meaning there is nothing at all wrong with any of your boxes whatsoever 🙈
Bro that is so long. I understand what you saying buying another box will be silly but getting another engineer will be costly as well. It's unlikely to be the receiver if both of them have no signal.
You may need to get someone out with proper testing equipment, you're going to buy a new box, then you'll have 3 boxes and my bet is none of them will have a signal.
Ring a local aerial/satellite guy and ask him to check it
If its a quad lnb try swapping the ports overI had an engineer out today and checked the lnb which is a universal wide band and getting the signal on his scanner/device but when connected to the zgemma box there is no signal. Done that today and nothing. If its a quad lnb try swapping the ports over
This what I got from screw fix 2 years ago. Today the engineer put those to cable in the middle.Universal wide band.
Ahhh so at the dish end how many fconnectors are they ?
Universal wide band LNB's have ports for SkyQ and Universal Ports. Is you Zgemma connected to the correct ports ? The gold fconnectors are sky q the rest are the universal f connectors. Your boxes need to be connected to a silver f connector.
he connected the device on both cables then connected the cables inside which gave a good signal tone.Where did he connect his test equipment to LNB or cable at the box?
You may have a good signal but little to no quality. Is this the case on your receiver as well Signal and no Qualityhe connected the device on both cables then connected the cables inside which gave a good signal tone.
The receiver is getting no signal at all, I feel like the tuner is dead but have to gamble with another box to check, no one that I know or even my neighbors have a sat box of any kind. effin stuck here. You may have a good signal but little to no quality. Does your tv have a satellite connection many do these days. The receiver is getting no signal at all, I feel like the tuner is dead but have to gamble with another box to check, no one that I know or even my neighbors have a sat box of any kind. effin stuck here.
