Sky box sets and catch up

Is it possible to get catch up and box sets on zgemma h2s box if yes how

Think just IPTV plex and the ondemand plugin only options really. Or get a cheap now box. We can't have everything I suppose ;)

Nice one Ted a mate in work is looking at a zgemma 4 cable kinda getting his head turned by a iptv box don't know much about them me self and Monkey was quality

Tidy.. Had no problem with my zgemma then bees swayed me to a miracle box..(exactly what liverpool needs a miracle.. sorry bees).. and monkey was just class.. urinating in the holy garden is not a good idea.. haha
