Have you tried changing vpn protocol? For example, try Wireguard, LTP, UDP etc

Also have you checked with your supplier to make sure the server is down their end?

Some suppliers don't allow vpns, how you asked your supplier....

1. Press the button with the three lines on the remote, player settings and change to default ljk and/or VLC player. If that fails,
2. Make a note of the portal url you are using, your mac code and then update the version of STB EMU.

If all of the above fails - ask your provider to see if they can convert the sub to user/pass and provide an alternative app.

I changed the media player it stopped the problem but now the video is stopping playing for a few minutes they stopping again

Seams when I put on the vpn it won't work at all

then ask your supplier if vpn is allowed
