I have an uncle who has only vm broadband and phone and i wondered if he could get vm tv through any of the lines.
Im very new to all this and please take this into consideration.

Do you mean physically? If so you need a two way cable splitter, look on ebay or amazon

Cant find anything how will i split a broadband cable for a feed?

the broadband just goes into the splitter and then two outlets, one to B/Band and other to zgemma, may need to use f type connectors
