Yes i do but everytime i run a scan i get an error (cannot read data) the box has internet as my iptv works i cant even get FTA channels.

is your dish alligned proper go to sevice searching and see if your tuner is set up correct then do a automatic or manual scan and see what happens

Yes my dish is alligned. Both tuners get signal. I had this working 2 weeks ago i just havent turned it on. If it run an automatic scan from there it picks up some foreign channels?

restart your cam red button softcampanel soz i cant help more than this im used to doing vm but if you reflash with infinity again it should sort sly out when you choose it when going through the install process and should also automatically scan when set up another thing is are you on latest version of open atv

Did you put your Sat line back in after flashing?
has it expired?

Yes i have put it back. No it hasn't expired

It's strange because i've plugged a normal sly box in and it works fine? Can anybody help?

Config mode: simple
mode: single

Then its the same for Tuner B?

In that case, either the tuners don't work, the dish isn't connected or the line has expired/been disabled

When i go into Signal Finder each of the tuners are giving a signal around 60% with a green tick?

Are you getting a picture on BBC1 at all should get a picture and sound if got signal from your lnbs unless they are part of sly line

No, so i got an epg but the channel names are <n/a> and i just get a black screen

Have you scanned in autobouquetmaker?
have you downloaded fresh epg data from epgimporter plugin?
have you tried a sat test line as it sounds like the one you have is a duffer
