Cable Zgemma and windows security

Anyone an idea how I can access my zgemma (renamed xbox1) via windows explorer , Keep getting access denied message and FileZilla not letting me in when I put up addy and root along the top , any help much appreciated

There will be a password and security bit in networking I assume.
I don't use ATV but there are plenty of posts about it.

menu -> Setup -> System -> Network -> Password (on ATV). set the password and then you should be good to go
